Registration and Login Methods for SportSync

1. For New Users with Singpass, users should register for a SportSync account via Singpass. Subsequently, they can log in to SportSync via Singpass by clicking on the “Users With Singpass” button below on this webpage.

2. For New Users with no Singpass, users should register for a SportSync account by clicking on the “New SportSync User” > “Non-Singpass User” link below on this webpage.

Subsequently, they can log in to SportSync with their registered email address and password.

4. SportSync is best compatible with Chrome browser version: 94.0.4606.81 and above.

5. There will be a scheduled maintenance every Thursday from 6pm to 11pm.

Access to SportSync will be unavailable during maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  

6. For athletes who are trying to complete the Safe Sport Course on the SportSG ED platform, please register via Understanding Safe Sport as an Athlete. You may log in to SportSG-ED once you have created the account.
